Registration

USD 439 agrees to manage membership registration. USD 439 will collect a $10 fee per key card and disseminate key card to USD 439 residents who apply for use.
Standard issue is one key card issued to the head of the household with a maximum of two key cards per household, both issued to the head of household.
Additional fees may be assessed by the USD 439 for lost or stolen key cards.

 

Usage of Space

USD 439 agrees to provide sanitation supplies as needed. USD 439 also agrees to provide custodial services for said spaces.

USD 439 agrees to provide access to the wellness room and walking track as mutually agreed upon via key card with signed parental permission.
During the school year hours will be 4:00AM to 7:30AM and 6:00PM to 11:00PM.
Summer hours will be 4:00AM to 7:30AM and 10:00AM to 11:00PM.
Access during the school day will be by group reservation only.
All reservations are to be secured through the USD 439 District Office and must be made 24 hours in advance.
Group reservations may be secured on a scheduled basis. Any group reservation may be cancelled if USD 439 determines it conflicts with a school activity.

Individuals currently enrolled in 9^th through 12^th grade are permitted to use the wellness room and walking track between the hours of 4:00AM and 7:30AM and also from 6:00PM to 11:00PM via key card.
Individuals entering 7^th and 8^th grade will require adult supervision by an individual 21 years of age or older and no one 6^th grade or below will be permitted to use the equipment with or without supervision.

USD 439 reserves the right to restrict access due to school or community activities.
