College Visit Forms

All Junior and Senior students are allowed TWO college/military/career interest visits per school year.  Students must complete the first page at least one week in advance of the proposed visit.  The second page needs to be completed while on the visit.  Then the 2nd page must be turned into the high school office once the student has returned to school the following day.
