USD 439 Vision Statement

USD 439 is dedicated to preparing students to be positive productive members of society.  All students achieve basic skills necessary for a changing world.  Services offered by the district include a safe learning environment, growing opportunities for staff and community members, and skills necessary to create a future vision towards education and employment opportunities.
 

Interactions are based upon mutual respect between teachers, students, administration, and parents in working toward a defined goal.

The district climate focuses on pride in self and school, a professional atmosphere and positive self-worth.  Staff and students leave each day with feelings of accomplishment and success.
